It's always nice to come home to.......
a house that has been broken into....................NOT!! We got home from Florida today to find that we had been robbed!! Yep, some shithead petty thief broke into our house and took my jewelry and a jar of coins. They left the tv and all the dvds, the dvd player, and stereo. They just searched in our bedroom. The kids' rooms were untouched thankfully. I've had an officer here to take the report and now the crime scene guy is here taking finger prints. As much as I watch CSI I never even dreamed that they would be in my house taking prints. LOL I've also had the maintenance guy here fixing our sliding glass door. It's been a busy night. I've just now gotten to eat dinner. It is 11pm. We drove for 12 hours home so I'm completely exhausted. I think I'm handling it pretty well though. I'm a little nervous, but I think I'm more ticked off to tell the truth. How dare someone come into my house and go through my things!! It just pisses me off!!

Bless you guys! I just can't imagine how you feel. I'm glad nothing big was taken, but that doesn't make up for the little things that were. I hope the cops find the SOB.
Oh, I am so sorry, Paige. Like Chip, I'm glad they didn't take anything major, but I know it's rotten feeling violated like that and what a sucky thing to come home from vacation to.
Ugh, I feel for you; we spent Christmas day watching fingerprint dusting in our home also. You think "wow, this is so Dick Tracy!" Yech.

Oh my gosh!! I am sooo sorry! I hope the police find the creep(s) and that you can get some of your stuff back. Thankfully, you guys weren't there when it happened and you all are okay.

Oh my gosh Paige. That totally sucks, I am so sorry it happened to you guys. That's one thing I can't stand is a thief. Hope you get justice.
